Volunteers also provide individual training to homeowner families, assist in the restore retail operation, and support fundraising and administrative functions. During covid-19 Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity adapted operations to eliminate close contact and ensure ongoing health and safety of homeowners, volunteers, and staff. During the fiscal year Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity utilized 554 individual volunteers. The total number of volunteer man-hours during the year was 18,426 (not including the americorps program).
