Program areas at SMHC

Adult services provides clinical and psychiatric services to consumers. The programs mission is to support each individuals (and familys) recovery from Mental illness so that each person can lead a contributing, integrated, and self directed life. The services of the program are tailored so that each individual obtains the treatment, skills and supports necessary to accomplish his/her chosen goals.
Children's services provides comprehensive Mental Health services to children and families. The departments goal is to encourage families to recognize their strengths and abilities through the use of a variety of theories, strategies and clinical perspectives. Our mission is family preservation.
Emergency services-provides phone and face-to-face assessment, crisis intervention, stabilization and referral services 24 hours/7 days a week, emergency services works to address the needs of anyone in our region who is experiencing a psychiatric emergency.
Outpatient services - provides comprehensive Mental Health services on outpatient basis to residents of the eastern half of rockingham county, new hampshire.
