Developed by a growing coalition of downtown property and business owners, the South Park Stakeholders Group, Inc. is a benefit assessment district by city ordinance 171678 to improve and convey special benefits to properties located within the South Park district of los angeles. Public safety programs provide additional security to the neighborhood to support police and property owner crime prevention efforts.
The organization provided advocacy to promote business interests in the district.
Maintenance programs are implemented to improve the appearance of the district by increasing the frequency of litter, debris and graffiti removal.
