The Arc of Tri-Cities aims to improve the quality of life and increase the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities while ensuring their full inclusion in the community. Therapeutic Recreation Services provides respite care and offers services that enhance social skills, community integration, and healthy mindsets. The Adult Day Program actively helps individuals develop vocational skills, as well as social and communication skills, to enable them to participate more fully in the community.

The Agency provides transportation services to its clients and other local non-profit organizations' clients.
Therapeutic Recreation Services provides much needed respite care for families. Provides services to individuals to increase social skills, enhance community integration and boost healthy mindset. Ninety-nine percent of participants said the services increased their skills and quality of life.
Adult Day Program helps individuals to actively increase vocational skills and social and communication skills. Enhancing these skills provides the individual greater ability to actively participate in the community.
