Umc provides emergency care, acute care services, swing bed services, outpatient, and clinical Medical services to the residents of grafton, north dakota and surrounding communities. The facility provides outreach services such as physical therapy, respiratory therapy, and flu vaccination clinics to other employers in the area as well. For the fiscal year ended june 30, 2022, the Medical Center provided as part of its mission 498 acute days, 1,530 swing bed days, 33 respite days, and 14,575 clinic visits.
