Program areas at Valley Charities

Housing assistance programs: through several grants, we partner with seven other mat-su agencies to provide housing associated services to prevent residents from being homeless.
Merchandise vouchers/thrift store: this program recycles donated goods to benefit those in most need by providing clothing in-kind. This program is operated through our thrift store: which is owned by a volunteer board; all thrift store proceeds are allocated to programs and operations. Additionally, a medical equipment lending program provides medical equipment to residents living in the mat-su Valley.
