Sexual assault program: vsc provides free and comprehensive support Services to victims of sexual assault and their significant others including the following: a - immediate 24 hour crisis intervention via two 24 hour hotlines, accompaniments to hospital/police stations as requested as a result of a rape, and referrals to community resources; b - counseling Services -including individual counseling for sexual assault survivors; support groups; c - a child abuse treatment program (direct service to children and non offending parents/caregivers); and in-person intake assessments; d - advocacy Services which included assisting victims in receiving crime victims compensation assistance and with Victim impact statements.
