Weber Family Charitable Foundation

The Foundation is organized exclusively for Charitable, religious, scientific, literary, testing for public safety or educational purposes, to foster national or international amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the " code" ). The sole purpose of the Foundation is to receive gifts, grants, devises, bequests, legacies, contributions, and all other donations of funds and properties from public agencies and private individuals, other foundations and corporations and to devote and apply the same and the income derived therefrom exclusively for Charitable, religious, scientific, literary, testing for public safety or educational purposes, to foster national or international amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals either directly or by contributions to organizations duly authorized to carry on such purposes.
