Program service " kids day kids day is provided annually for elementary aged school children, mainly 3rd and 4th graders. The purpose of the event is to supplement their classroom education with hands-on learning about the 1880s farm lifestyle and provide examples of how agriculture has progressed over time kids day serves approximately 335 students annually, and approximately 34$ of the students are from an urban setting with limited to no access to rural lifestyle. The long-term goal of the service is to continue to hold kids day annually and expand services as agriculture progresses, so as to continue to educate children on the progression of farm life and agricultural practices, and to also preserve the knowledge of agricultural traditions and practices.
