To improve healthcare quality and hospital management in china by establishing platform for Chinese hospital executives and physicians to study in the us and for us hospital executives and physicians to teach in china. Collaborate with Yale school of management, Yale New Haven hospital, and Yale school of medicine to train about 30 hospital CEOs from small developing cities in china. The training curriculum include hospital leadership, hospital quality improvement, nursing management, hr management hospital it management, operation room management, and etc. The training is in New Haven ct, where Yale University locates. The length of the training is 9 days, including weekends and travel time. Collaborate with Harvard medical school to co-host two conferences, one is at Harvard, Boston, USA, and one is in shanghai china. For the first conference at Harvard, Boston, we invite about 15 hospital executives or physicians from china to be trained at Harvard medical school in the field of precision medicine. The conference is 3 days. For the conference in shanghai, we host a one day precision medicine conference with Fudan University together. We invite 2 top professors from Harvard to attend the conference in shanghai. We collaborate with institute for healthcare improvement (ihi) at Boston, us to host conference in shanghai to promote professional hospital quality improvement knowledge and best practices in china. The conference is two days. Three the faculties taught in the program.
