Invite new users, deactivate existing users, and view summary usage

For Cause IQ customers with multi-user subscriptions, we have an admin page that lets you invite/deactivate user licenses, download summary company and individual usage stats, and update privacy settings for Cause IQ's collaboration features.

Access your company's admin page

Your company's Cause IQ admin can access the admin page by clicking on "Manage my company's Cause IQ account" at the bottom left of their Cause IQ Dashboard.

Invite new users

At the top of your company's Cause IQ admin page, you see how many users your subscription includes, how many are assigned, and how many are available for invite.

To invite a colleague to claim an available Cause IQ license, enter the appropriate email address(es) in the "Colleagues to invite" text box. If you want to invite more than one user, enter the emails on separate lines within the text box. When you're ready to send the Cause IQ invite, click the blue "Send invites" button.

Once you invite colleagues to Cause IQ, a "Pending Cause IQ invitations" section displays where you can:

  • See the invited users that haven't created their account yet
  • See the date of the invite
  • Cancel an invite
  • Re-send an invite
  • Copy the invite URL

The colleagues you invite to Cause IQ automatically receive an email instructing them to create their Cause IQ account by entering their name, job title, and setting a password. They also have the option to update their individual sharing settings for the notes they create and the organization profiles they view.

View current users, download summary usage stats, and deactivate licenses

The "Current users" section on the middle of the admin page allows you to view all the users that have active Cause IQ licenses as part of your company's subscription. This section shows high-level usage stats from the past 365 days for the active Cause IQ users. You can also download a CSV file that contains summarized usage report with more than 20 fields of granular usage for all users.

To deactivate a Cause IQ user for your company, click the blue "Deactivate" link next to the appropriate person's name.

Update your company's collaboration settings

By default, Cause IQ seat holders at your company can see how their colleagues have interacted with a given organization profile. If you want to change the default sharing preferences, the Cause IQ admin page allows you to set company-wide privacy settings for all Cause IQ users. Cause IQ users can also configure their own sharing preferences from their Cause IQ Account settings.
