Get started with Cause IQ more quickly, better understand your Cause IQ activity, and access your account settings
Cause IQ updated the layout of the Dashboard to help new users get value out of the platform immediately. This update also helps existing users better understand their Cause IQ activity and access previously made searches, lists, reports, etc. more quickly.
The new Dashboard layout separates previous activities (e.g., searches conducted, report downloaded, organization profiles viewed, etc.) by default versus before where, by default, all activities were displayed in a single log. You'll now see these activity sections displayed front and center on your Dashboard:
Your previous searches, organization profiles, report downloads, etc. are listed within the corresponding activity section, and they are linked so you can access them quickly.

For new Cause IQ users, there, of course, won't be previous searches, organizations, reports, etc. to show in the different activity log sections. If a Cause IQ user hasn't conducted the activity that corresponds with a particular section (e.g., the user hasn't conducted an export yet), help and best practice articles are linked within the section that provide details on how to use Cause IQ to accomplish the activity.

The right side of the new Dashboard layout now shows the Cause IQ user's usage stats (if applicable), best practice help articles, and quick links to access different account settings.
