Facebook recently started restricting what information third parties have access to via their API, so unfortunately, we were required to remove a couple of Facebook-related fields from Cause IQ. You'll no longer see Facebook likes or Facebook checkins on Cause IQ.

You can still include organization Facebook page names in your exports. To do so, you'll want to add Cause IQ's Facebook page field to your report. Also, for organizations that we've identified having a Facebook, you can access their Facebook page at the bottom of the "General details" section in their Cause IQ profile.
