100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale enhances educational and economical opportunities for African/Caribbean families in our community with a mission to improve their quality of life. In addition, the organization provides scholarships for young men who graduate from high school after participating in the Leadership Academy for 18 months or more. The popular Annual Bike Drive awards over 100 bicycles to students throughout Broward County based on their scholastic achievements, including elementary to middle school students.

As an organization, we decided at the inception of the program that we would provide a scholarship for each young man that has participated in the Leadership Academy for 18 months or more. The young man has to graduate from high school and enroll full time in college or a trade school
This is the annual assessment from our National Office
The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale's popular Annual Bike Drive awards more than 100 bicycles to students throughout Broward County for their scholastic achievement. Students from elementary to middle school are awarded bicycles.
