The Corporation owns a 8.01 acre complex at 4261 north 5th street that was purchased in december 1999. As of june 30, 2020, the campus contained 301,678 square feet of rentable space of which 252,642 is rented and occupied. All tenants are non-profit corporations and include: nueva esperanza, inc., esperanza academy charter school, esperanza college, artistas y musicos latino americanos, philadelphia works, inc. and esperanza cyber charter school. Portions of the facility are still under construction including the fit out of a theatre, library, art gallery, chapel and community meeting space.
