See schedule o for complete description.3keys was incorporated on december 31, 1987 under the laws of the state of Georgia as a not-for-profit organization for the purpose of developing and sponsoring affordable housing for the mentally ill who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. 3keys is supported primarily by grants from governmental agencies, as well as contributions and grants from individuals, corporations, and foundations.3keys has sponsored three projects. The program activities for these projects are carried out by separate single-member llc's of which 3keys is the sole member. The components were each formed for the purpose of operating and managing a low-income housing project.the capacity of each project is as follows:rosalynn apartments 56 apartments; 56 residentspresley woods 40 units; 40 residentso'hern house 76 units; 76 residents

3keys also sponsors progressive welcome house sro, lp. The entity is formed as a Georgia limited partnership for the purpose of acquiring, owning, operating, and managing a low-income housing project. 3keys is the general partner and owns 1.01% of the project.
