Public policy - 504healthnet supports policies and programs that help improve access to healthcare across Louisiana. This includes support and advocacy on behalf of programs such as the greater new orleans community health connection (gnochc), and opportunities made available through the affordable care act. These advocacy efforts ensure services are available and care is provided through community health centers which are delivering care to the most vulnerable populations in new orleans.
Member services - 504healthnet organization members have a commitment to providing high quality medical care to residents of the greater new orleans area, irrespective of their ability to pay. Membership fees are on a sliding scale based on the size of the organization, and every member has a seat on the board.
