66th Avenue Apartments, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of California. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 21 unit community known as cardosa village located in sacramento, California, which provides housing for the chronically mentally ill with families pursuant to section 811 of the national housing act, as amended.

The activity for which program service revenues were received enable the organization to provide affordable and comfortable living facilities for chronically mentally ill adults within the community.
