Program areas at A2 Ministries
A contribution to questscope which serves syria and jordan by responding to refugees and displaced people in crisis. The funding will aid in 2 projects: 1) a catering kitchen for women refugees living in the slums of aqaba, jordan. Income from their cooking and catering will assure that these women do not have to sell their daughters into early marriages in order to support their family, nor will they have to pull their sons out of school in order to work at odd jobs for a mere pittance. The funding will provide additional workspace for more women. 2) a project in za'atari camp to train additional facilitators for the barefoot psychology trauma response allowing more participation in the program.
A contribution to american friends of parents circle - families forum which allows members and staff to continue their efforts towards fostering reconciliation, mutual understanding and empathy among israelis and palestinians in the pursuit of peace.
To build an organization that can train, equip, inspire and develop the skills of christian leaders globally, particularly in the under-resourced world.
