Program areas at Bregman Cares
The organization hired an executive director to work with universities to develop partnerships and programs to serve the autism community. After signficant efforts were expended, it was determined that the organization would not be able to develop cost effective programs that would achieve the results needed to continue the programs. Therefore, a decision was made to cease developing these programs.for autism, we've also teamed up with think neurology to work towards providing free assessments and therapy to children in need.see schedule o for additional information.the organization holds an annual holiday toy drive: we provide and deliver wrapped toys to children of families in need in the houston area in collaboration with our charity partners. Over the past three years, we have been able to help over 200 families.
We hosted our first annual Bregman Cares juco classic held in february 2024. This provided exposure and opportunity for impoverished athletes to be seen and earn scholarships to play at the collegiate level. The expenses listed represent a nonrefundable deposit made in 2023 for this activity held in 2024.
