Organizational Employment Services (OES) - The purpose of OES (work center) is to permit each trainee the opportunity to acquire, develop, and refine work skills and attitudes important to individual vocational success. Work training provides the "curriculum" which enables trainees to acquire skills critical to vocational growth and independence. Training can include, but is not limited to, improved stamina, increased productivity, workplace maturities, safe work practices, improved fine and gross motor skills, interpersonal skill development, quality control, job accommodation strategies, community work environments.
Offsite-landscape maintenance services for commercial business
Rehabilitation - provide classes in work skills and personal development to developmentally disabled adults.
