Program areas at Aco Incorporated
Our main purpose is to empower people to determine the outcome of their pregnancies, thus providing direct abortion care. In 2021, we provided direct care to 739 patients from states east of the Mississippi, south america, canada, europe, and central america. We did this over a period of 200 clinic days.
Our secondary purpose is to provide a training space for nurses, medical students, residents, fellows and physicians in later abortion care, as this only being done in three clinics in the united states. We estimate that we trained four providers in 2021.
