Held an annual research conference to disseminate the latest research in the field to encourage the application of research findings by practitioners & foster the social interataction of both national & international human resource development professionals. Over 400 individuals attended the conference.
Managed an electronic news service to disseminate timely professional information including job notices, conferences, calls for paper submissions, research partnering & publishing opportunities for 675 subscribers. Launched a new podcast that features scholars from around the world exploring the fundamentals of HRD and how those are changing in the workplace of the 2020s. Also maintained & improved the academy website.
