Strategic communications and project management for the keep Texas safe initiative: supplying and disseminating the information that experts, grassroots organizations, and elected county officials need to mobilize in support of and enact evidence-based policies, programs, and legislation to make harris county a better place to live for everyone.
Leadership development: providing coaching, research and policy support for seasoned leaders from the South to document instructive lessons and policy ideas from their years of organizing and advocacy work in subjects of climate change, reflective democracy, criminal justice reform and immigrant rights. Enlist national expertise to provide landscaping analysis, model policy guidance and collaboration opportunities for emerging Texas leaders to increase effectiveness and impact in areas of communication and policy advocacy.
