Program areas at AccessCNY
Community services provides a full range of support to people with developmental and other disabilities,including residential, day, employment, coordination services and agency with choice. Accesscny offers an innovative young adult program for people with disabilities leaving home for the first time as well as in-home services for children with autism.
Mental health residential provides omh certified housing in community residence and apartment settings.
Consumer-directed personal services is a facilitated consumer-directed home based personal assistance program. Accesscny is the fiscal intermediary and employer of record. People with disabilities supervise their own personal assistants. Services can be provided in the language of the participant's choice.
Comprehensive clinical services serves people of all ages and with a wide range of disabilities. The diagnostic & treatment center is licensed by nys, doh to provide outpatient therapy. Article 16 is licensed by opwdd to provide outpatient therapy.
Education services provides special education services to children aged birth to five. Services are provided in an integrated setting and include pt, ot and speech therapy.
