Accessible Resources for Independence

Assists motivated people in developing the self-determined goals to gain and retain greater independence. Peer mentors with disabilities serve as role models to provide support and creative solutions for issues of life through the sharing of information and promoting community awareness about community-based options for receiving servies and supports. Supports people of all ages with any disability by providing five core services: information and referral, independent living skills training, peer mentoring, transition, and advocacy.
