Program areas at Ace Mentor Program of Washington

Industry professionals in the architecture, construction and engineering fields volunteer to Mentor high school kids in order to introduce them to these professions and encourage them to pursue careers in these fields. In the 2022-2023 school year, 246 students from 57 high schools participated on 12 Ace teams. The students were mentored by 226 volunteer professionals from 85 area architectural, construction, and engineering firms. The scholarship Program awarded $127,500 to 14 graduating seniors, bringing the total since inception to $1,243,500.
