The Ace program guides and monitors individuals from addiction and homelessness to being substance free and toward independent living within the community. Ace utilizes a 12-step recovery program to enhance participant's recovery commitment and to provide the recovery foundation that is needed to live independently. Ace offers intense case management on an individualized basis to guide, motivate and monitor the individual in both short term and long term goals.
