Addie and Baylor Kirchgessner Foundation

Continued placing books in the hands of children through book fairs in partnership with scholastic and through norton's reach out and read program. Added pop-up book giveaways in coordination with louisville metro parks. As of the end of 2023, the Foundation has put over 50,000 books in the hands of children with a focus on low-income populations. The Foundation added to its library renovation work by completing a library renovation and state-of-the-art media center at hutchison beach elementary and also contributed to a pre-school renovation at st. lawrence catholic church. The Foundation also continued its efforts to support first tee of louisville, teaching children life lesson through the game of golf.
