Adult Day Care

the people who are served by wicp spend enjoyable time with others during half of full-day sessions while under the Care of a professional staff who is trained and skilled in geriatric car, alzheimers Care, and therapeutic activity programming. Wicp can provide repite from the fatigue and isolation that accompanies long hours, day-in-day-out in a home setting, for both the caregiver and the Care recipient. Wicp functions as an independent, non-profit agency with the oversight of daily operations and professional staff conducted by a volunteer board of directors from the Shoals community. Funding comes in the form of client fees and various charitable donations and grants. Wicp receives no federal funding.
