Program areas at Adventure Science Center - Nashville

Exhibitions: Adventure Science Center offers comprehensive Science exhibits, stem programs, and events for guests of all ages. All exhibits are designed to stimulate imagination through immersive hands-on activities and experiences, presented using a variety of media technology. Galleries include soundbox (music and sound), i2 (maker space), space chase & the solar system, body quest (human body), indoor Adventure tower and an exclusive pre-k area.
Planetarium: with an ever-changing lineup of shows, the state-of-the-art sudekum planetarium presents exciting full dome education productions produced internally and leased from outside vendors. Offerings this year included: planetarium shows: nightwatch, astronaut, destination mars, mars: the ultimate voyage, dream to fly, eclipse: the sun revealed, explore, habitat earth, incoming!, our place in space, polaris, to worlds beyond, space explorers:the iss experience episode 2, the little star that could, rusty rocket's last blast, wonderful sky, and stars. Laser shows: beyonce, david bowie, foo fighters, summer laze, taylor swift, fright lights, laser holidays, pink floyd: the dark side of the moon, prince, queen and pop til you drop.
General operations: during fy24 Adventure Science Center reached more than 260,000 people though visitation and steam programming for students and community members. Open thursday-monday, Adventure Science Center deliveres innovative exhibitions, field trip programs, Science demonstrations, planetarium shows, and outreach programs designed to adhere to state and national education standards.
