Property Management - AHEAD owns and manages a portfolio of low/moderate income rental properties in nine Northern New Hampshire communities and two Northern Vermont communities.
Homeowner and Foreclosure Counseling - AHEAD provides education and counseling services to prepare individuals for homeownership and/or financial stability.
Housing Development - AHEAD acquires and rehabilitates primarily substandard rental housing into quality affordable housing, and also constructs new affordable rental housing. AHEAD intends to keep thishousing available and affordable to households at or below 80% of median income for a minimum of 20 years.
