On December 22, 2022 election results were certified that voters approved Measure H. By passing the measure voters approved a new law Article 18: the Pasadena Fair and Equitable Housing Charter Amendment (Measure H) which limits rent increases and evictions in the City of Pasadena and establishes the Pasadena Rental Housing Board, the body responsible for implementation of the measure.
