The AACA issued the AACA Expand Your Impact Grants of over $200,000 in grant funding to 16 participating organizations within the AACA that have outlined initiatives aimed at achieving their exempt purposes. The resulting achievement includes:Expanded community programs, scholarship offerings, and cultural education initiatives. Conducting original research on historic Black communities and provided opportunities forcollege students to learn about local Black history. Expanded childhood hunger programs,youth leadership initiatives, and scholarship offerings. Enhanced education and opportunities at public schools, focusing on reading deficiencies and STEM programs.Empowered youth through leadership development programs, academic excellence, andcommunity engagement. Provided winter clothing to elementary school-aged children and expanded outreach programs for educational success, elevated childhood literacy, and community engagement.
