Aoi awards program: the organization runs an annual awards program in which any programs that support youth Aging Out of foster care througout the country can submit an application taht describes their program's strategies. Judges that work with youth Aging Out of care then review and score the applications and select the winners, who are recognized on the aoi website through press releases and on podcasts. In 2022, the organization distributed a total of 440,000 to eight different nonprofit organizations that support youth Aging Out of foster care.
Aoi podcasts and learning: the organization published 19 podcast episodes in the series "preparing foster youth for adulting- and developed another online course titled "what is casa?"
