Program areas at AHRI
Standards and certification - ahri develops and publishes a large number of performance rating standards for industry products. There are more than 100 ahri standards available. These standards establish rating criteria and assist in certifying product performance. Ahri manages the largest certification program in the world for the hvacr and water Heating industry related to performance standards.
Membership services - ahri is viewed as a resource for industry shipment data, education and workforce information, and research. Ahri is an industry powerhouse, providing our members with one industry voice, both domestically and abroad.
Policy and government relations - these departments provide a wide range of services on a variety of domestic, trade and international issues. Hvacr and water Heating products are coming under increasing scrutiny for the energy and refrigerants they use. These departments represent the industry by working with decision-makers to develop policies that recognize the benefits of air-conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration products.
