Through our toll-free hot-line and website, ACCESS provides a convenient and accessible volunteer network that places survivors in touch with others who provide continuous help through the weeks, months and years following a crash. (B) Resource and Referral Network:The network refers victims to appropriate bereavement support groups and services in the victim's area.(C) Support Services Guide :This guide consists of written and audio visual materials which are distributed to victims following an air crash to help clarify the roles of the various emergency support organizations and government agencies available to the victims. It includes ACCESS's toll-free helpline number, Internet address, grief literature and bereavement guides, which are helpful to the victims in the aftermath of an air crash.
