Salaries for Staff: Program Staff is involved in teaching biblical content theological understanding the history of the Christian faith perspectives on the global cultural settings of Christianity comparative religions and various professional studies designed to help students acquire the skills for serving churches and para churches. They also supervise practicums provide spiritual direction teaching people to pray listen to and seek God and coach and mentor people on following Jesus Christ by loving God and loving people the Great Commandment. These salaries accomplish a consistently high placement rate for Alberta Bible Colleges programs in church and para-church service and employment.

Student Services and Christian Service Program: Students have access to Alberta Bible Colleges Christian Service Program Which gives them field opportunities both local and distant. They have the opportunity to experience a variety of experiences that help them decide the direction they want to go with the education they are receiving. Student Services is working with the students to form a community and more service opportunities and opportunities to build their skills in various areas.

Library Classroom Materials and Textbooks: Alberta Bible Colleges educational programs and class assignments require research. Besides a library of 33,000 books periodicals archives and other resources such as Perlego LCD projectors internet access through the building and computers in the library are provided for classroom and student use.
