Apprentice program - Provide young men and women, ages 18-23, with skills necessary to become independent, productive adults. This is a full-time paid program lasting approximately 8-10 months.
Community outreach - Activities designed to connect with the community, honor Alexandria's maritime heritage and activate the local waterfront.
Commission projects - Commission projects are a training ground for apprentices. The projects include new boat contstruction, boat repair and other carpentry projects
