Alive at Last

Alive at Last's mission is to mobilize communities to equip and encourage survivors of sexual exploitation to build new lives. We accomplish this by training and supporting local volunteers to empower women who have experienced significant trauma. Abuse happens in relationships and we believe healing must happen in relationships. In safe supportive relationships survivors learn about their true identity and value as they create their own path to fulfill their God-given purpose. Our relational solution addresses the scope of the problem and our unique model of ministry is built to scale. Volunteers lead small groups that provide emotional and spiritual healing and volunteers personally mentor survivors who desperately went to change their lives. In 2022 Alive at Last equipped 42 volunteers and empowered 106 survivors to reach their potential despite the difficulties created by the Coronavirus pandemic.
