Program areas at Alivio Medical Center

The community health Center was established to provide quality, affordable health care to the local community. The comprehensive services include primary outpatient Medical care, obstetrics, gynecology, diagnostic services, nutrition services, behavior health services, education and prevention programs as well as other supporting services.
Cook county navigator: Alivio has an agreement with stroger hospital where our ambassadors (community health workers) follow up with pregnant women, making sure they assist to their appointments, and have a healthy pregnancy. Chws provide all information available to keep they inform and keep in good health, and they deliver the baby at cook county (stroger hospital).
Mobile strike team from Alivio provides vaccines through the mobile unit. The team goes to the patient or people that make appointments and apply the vaccines in their own places.
