Health & nutrition- provides day care for mentally and physically handicapped adults and pre-school educational experiences for children of low-income families. Also, provides nutritious meals and transportation for the elderly, to low-income families and elderly residents. The programs include head start, early head start, adult day care, older americans act, and child care and family programs.
