The Corporation provides affordable housing to eligible applicants residing in the South Queens neighborhood. Some commercial spaces are rented to businesses to subsidize the below market rents charged to the residence and to repair and maintain the buildings so they remain habitable for the occupants as well as pay other expenses to carry-out the business of the Corporation.

The Corporation established a STEAM program creating an environment where young people can develop an understanding of sustainable entrepreneurial and agricultural practices making the upcoming generation even more eco-actionable. The student possess an understanding of the importance of working through projects to overcome challenges.
