Program areas at Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity
To communicate the activities and accomplishments of the Fraternity in a quarterly newsletter called the hexagon. Printed copies go to roughly 7000 members every year.
Supreme council / district counselor meeting.the semi-annual board meeting was combined with a two day training session for the district counselors to help them understand and enforce current policies. Team building sessions were also held to help the district counselors positively interact with their chapters and to help promote the goals of the Fraternity.
District counselors hold district conclaves (regional meetings) and visit their chapters each year. These meetings help share ideas between members and chapters on topics ranging from science outreach activities; chapter activities; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and educating members on the health and safety policy.
