Roxbury environmental empowerment project (reep) - develops and supports youth leadership in our home neighborhood through a school-based environmental, justice curriculum, an after-school youth leadership program, and youth-led organizing projects. Reep has three current environmental justice campaigns youth transit justice, stop dirty diesel pollution and food justice. Each year reep brings hundreds of students on an environmental justice toxic tour of nubian square.
T riders union program (tru) organizes public transit riders to build a unified voice and movement for better public transportation in greater boston. Tru focuses its organizing on lower income riders of color who depend on public transit to reach daily destination.
Environmental justice legal services (ejls) - provides legal and technical assistance and capacity building services to help strengthen and support grassroots groups working on environmental justice throughout Massachusetts.
