Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. sponsors baseball leagues, including the Spring League (for high school students ages 15-19 not playing on a school team) and the Conejo Oaks Collegiate Team (collegiate summer team competing in the California Collegiate League).Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. sponsors the Southwest Future All-Star Series, an event to showcase high school players, which is held in Southern California. Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. also sponsors the Ventura County All-Star Game, honoring graduating seniors, which is held at the Conejo Creek Ballpark in Thousand Oaks, California.Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. has sponsored teams that include the Summer JV League (for 14-16 year old high school players in the summer), the Summer Varsity League (for 15-18 year old varsity high school players in the summer), the Summer Big League (for players ages 16-18 in the summer) and, the Winter Varsity and JV League (for high school players to play in a competitive winter league), the Conejo Oaks 15U Championship Team (Arizona Championships with opportunity for the USA Baseball Youth National Team) and 17U Championship Team (Arizona Championships with opportunity for USA Baseball 17U National Team Development Program) and, the Conejo Oaks Connie Mack Team (high school Juniors and Seniors desiring to play at the collegiate level).

Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. provided grants to high school, college and other youth baseball programs for the development of players and related baseball programs.

Amateur Baseball Development Group, Inc. secured the use of a playing facility and continues its maintenance for amateur youth baseball games.
