Aali educational programs and seminars - provided individual consultation concerning Leadership issues and career directions. Offered cv, cover letter, and interview preparation consultation for program participants as they prepared for senior administrative searches. Conducted the senior Leadership academy (sla): a year-long program to prepare administrators for cabinet positions in higher education with cic. Conducted class for public and private higher education administrators of the executive Leadership academy: a year- long program to prepare cabinet officers for presidencies with cic and aascu. Conducted class of the becoming a provost academy (bapa): held mentoring sessions as requested for individuals transitioning to new positions or who were encountering significant issues on their home campuses. Provided individual assistance for senior administrators who needed "between position" counseling. Worked with several higher education organizations, in addition to aascu and cic, in creating Leadership programs in higher education. Conducted two, two-day, intensive workshops for senior administrators seeking college presidencies.
Council of independent colleges - funds supported staff time for cic's ongoing efforts to provide research to its member institutions that inform campus leaders and promotes understanding of the value of independent higher education. Issued a $125,000 grant.
American association of state colleges and universities - annual meeting - each year the aascu annual meeting hosts hundreds of presidents and chancellors to discuss trends and issues in public higher education. Issued a $125,000 grant.
