The Academy has about 500 members. The Academy's purposes are as follows: 1. Advance the professional practices and interests of our members; 2.educate the Public as to the unique qualifications of our members; 3.safeguard the rights of individuals who have qualified as both attorneys and Certified Public Accountants to practice either or both professions; 4.guide members in understanding and observing the highest professional and ethical standards; and 5.provide legislative and regulatory influence on issues important toour members.

The Academy plans an annual meeting and education conference, a fall conference, and periodic webinars, with the purpose of providing continuing education and networking opportunities for our members
