Conference and meetings: Pain physicians and healthcare professionals receive continuing medical education in the specialty of Pain Medicine.
Memberships: the Academy's membership provides access to a community of physicians and healthcare professionals with a sustained interest in Pain disorders and management. Members represent a variety of origins, including anesthesiology, internal Medicine, emergency Medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, physiatry, psychiatry, and psychology.
Journal & newsletter - Pain Medicine is the official journal of the Academy. This publication is devoted to the advancement of Pain management, education and research. The weekly e-newsletter provides the most current information on Pain Medicine, advocacy related to Pain as a specialty, clinical trials, members in the news and aapm updates. Membership - allows access to a professional community of physicians every membership includes a journal and e-newsletter subscription.
