To support latinx/a/o/e in Higher Education administration. Hosted the 19th national conference with 248 in person participants. At the conference 15 awards were presented and three monetary awards were given.

Aahhe in partnership with the university of Utah provides tailored programs and activities including written reflections and coaching. It benefits 8-16 fellows.

A fellowship program was held with 12 graduate students participating.
